Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information System, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Computer Network Copyright Disputes (Fa Shi [2004] No. 1), the Administrative Provisions on Internet Electronic Announcement Service, the Administrative Provisions on Internet News Information Service, the Administrative Protection Measures on Internet Copyright, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Dissemination of Information Network and other laws, regulations and implementation measures on computer Internet and intellectual property rights.

4. All users are not allowed to publish, repost, or transmit information containing any of the following contents in any section of the Supply and Demand Network. Otherwise, the Supply and Demand Network has the right to handle it on its own without notifying users:

(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging national honor and interests;

(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;

(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or inciting crime;

(7) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;

(8) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
