Geely's Farizon Commercial-Vehicle Unit Lifts Registered Capital to ~1.21 Billion Yuan, Up 150% in a Month
Tianyancha shows Farizon Commercial Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. raised its registered capital from about 1.15 billion to about 1.21 billion yuan in a recent change; it has raised capital four times this month, from about 490 million to 1.21 billion yuan, an increase of roughly 150%. Founded in July 2021 with scope covering battery manufacturing and sales, the company is backed by Geely's Zhejiang Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group. Analysts say the repeated capital increases in a short window fund R&D of core three-electric technologies, capacity release and battery-swap-network build-out, accelerating both electric and methanol-hybrid routes and consolidating its edge in the NEV commercial-vehicle segment.
