XHEART Releases Large-Model Chip X7 Ultra at 700 TOPS, Over 200,000 Units Shipped; 'Model Defines Chip' Goes Mass-Produced
At a Suzhou launch on October 29, XHEART (Xinxin Hangtu) CEO Li Zonglin released the large-model chip X7 Ultra with 700 TOPS of large-model compute and six product advantages, turning the "model defines chip" philosophy into mass-produced capability and lifting deployable model parameters tenfold. X7 Ultra has shipped over 200,000 units in eight months, powering 10 mass-produced models with over 40 model orders; a dual-X7 L3/L4 compute platform won multiple project designations, and next-gen X9 targets 3,000 TOPS with 700 GB/s bandwidth in 2027. Momenta CEO Cao Xudong said facing future L4's 10B-100B-parameter models, model-defined chips can beat general chips tenfold. The model-chip co-evolution route is a new path for domestic AI chips.
