Yiwu's Cross-Border E-Commerce Ecosystem Lets SMEs 'Sell Globally' at Low Cost
Economic Information Daily reported on November 1 that Yiwu's vitality rests not only on many enterprises but on a maturing cross-border service ecosystem. The Yiwu Cross-Border E-Commerce Association, founded in 2023, now has over 360 member firms with combined annual sales above 100 billion yuan, linking platforms, supply chains, logistics, overseas warehouses, intellectual property and brand-going-global resources. Member firm Zhengpai has served more than 10,000 enterprises, trained over 150,000 people and partnered with 50-plus platforms, running free cross-border training for over 80,000 since 2024. Tengxin International Logistics has built 12 domestic consolidation warehouses nationwide and kept raising overseas network efficiency, with 2026 volume up over 30%. Together, platforms, supply chains, warehouses and international logistics let small and micro merchants join global trade at low cost, turning individual export attempts into a multi-party industrial ecosystem.
