Wuzhen 'Light of Internet' Expo Showcases AI Super-Nodes: Domestic 100,000-Card Clusters, Switches and Agent Cabinets
The 2026 World Internet Conference "Light of Internet" expo opened in Wuzhen on November 2 under the theme "Intelligent Interconnection, Seeing the Future," with AI super-nodes as the hardest-edged star. Dawning unveiled the Shuguang 8000, its first fully domestic 100,000-card AI super-cluster with more than 100 million electronic components and 1,600 km of interconnect cables, tackling communication, cooling and power at scale. Huawei showed the CloudEngine XH9000 smart-compute switch; ZTE displayed a zero-cable super-node cabinet fitting up to 128 accelerators per rack; Intel presented an open Agent cabinet supporting thousands of concurrent agents; iFlytek showed its Feixing 10,000-card platform for trillion-parameter training; and China Electronics exhibited domestically adapted accelerator cards. The exhibits showed compute no longer hidden in server rooms but aggregating chips, racks, networks, liquid cooling and scheduling into the "power artery" linking compute, models and agents.
