CCTV Finance reported on October 21 that Yiwu's cross-border e-commerce import order volume has surpassed 100 million orders this year, reaching the milestone more than 40 days earlier than last year. The figure reflects Yiwu's shift from "selling Chinese goods to the world" to also "bringing global goods in," as mature online and offline channels and continuously optimized customs policy turn "buying globally" into a new calling card. Backed by efficient clearance and a growing bonded-warehouse and live-streaming retail ecosystem, Yiwu is positioning itself as a two-way trade hub where both exports and imports flow through the world's largest small-commodity market.
