Yiwu's Q1-Q3 GDP Reaches 208.88 Billion Yuan, Up 7.9%, Fastest Among Zhejiang's Top 17 Counties
Yiwu reported a regional GDP of 208.88 billion yuan in the first three quarters, up 7.9% year on year, the fastest growth among Zhejiang province's 17 strongest counties and cities and among Jinhua's districts, multiple party and financial media reported on November 3. High-tech manufacturing added value rose 57.4%, manufacturing investment grew 30.2% and high-tech-industry investment climbed 59.4%. Behind the numbers is a market being renewed by younger, brand-savvy operators and an open dynamic that keeps releasing vitality. Reporters who recently toured Yiwu's global digital-trade center, industrial parks, cross-border platforms, logistics firms and China-Africa supply-chain companies saw how the "World Yiwu" market is iterating through digital trade, industrial innovation and modern logistics, turning its traditional "buy global, sell global" advantage into newer trade forms.
