The Qingdao Commerce Bureau recently released its November auto trade-in subsidy quota announcement, setting aside 250 million yuan for the month covering both scrappage-renewal and trade-in-renewal programs. Subsidies follow a first-come, first-served rule; applicants create a real, complete application on the national auto trade-in platform or Shandong's trade-in platform to claim a quota. The measure extends the local demand-support cycle into year-end as cities compete to lift NEV and overall vehicle consumption.
