Yiwu Weaves AI Into the Full Small-Commodity Trade Chain at City AI Ecology Conference
At a core sub-forum of the 2026 Yiwu Trade Fair, the Yiwu Small Commodity City AI Ecology Conference and "World Yiwu" trade-AI innovation contest awards were held on October 28, with 13 tech firms winning the "World Yiwu AI Pioneer" award, 20 merchants earning the "World Yiwu AI Navigator" award, and 33 AI trade-application cases showcased. From product selection and design to marketing, translation and customer acquisition, AI is entering multiple links of Yiwu's small-commodity trade. Multi-language AI marketing videos, AI translation, AI design tools and AI standalone sites are helping merchants cut costs and reach overseas buyers. The conference also launched "World Yiwu" AI ecosystem building, integrating mature AI capabilities into the World Yiwu app.
