AgiBot Upgrades Genie Sim Platform, Lifting Real-to-Sim Consistency to 96.7% on Flexible Objects
AgiBot announced on October 28 an upgrade to its one-stop embodied-intelligence simulation platform Genie Sim, breaking the bottleneck of flexible-object simulation. Relying on its Real2Sim real-world system identification, self-developed physics engine and world-model capability, the platform achieved 96.7% correlation between simulation and real-robot task scores in zero-shot tests across 4 robot bodies and 22 complex tasks, linking scene reconstruction, data generation, automatic evaluation, post-training and open-world exploration. Flexible objects such as clothing, cables and packaging had long been blind spots for simulators; closing that gap lowers the cost and time of real-robot trial-and-error, a key step for home-service and light-industrial deployment.
