On October 28, Unitree Robotics and Sequoia China announced the "Shanyu Chuang" plan to discover and invest in early-stage projects in embodied intelligence, robotics applications and upstream-downstream key technologies and other frontier hard-tech, acting as "startup partners" from technology sourcing to product landing. The same day, the Hangzhou Qiantang New Area administrative committee, Unitree, Shanghai Suochen Information, China Jiliang University and Zhejiang Tuyue Holdings signed a strategic cooperation to build a "Qiantang-Unitree new-quality-productivity innovation base," positioned as a leading, fully autonomous and controllable embodied-intelligence industry infrastructure.
